Absorption of SO2 with Sodium Humate and Seawater

In this paper, the effect of sodium humate (HA-Na) and seawater on absorption SO2 in flue gas was investigated. At same time, effects initial pH value concentration desulfurization were also evaluated. The experimental results showed that had ability to absorb SO2. dissolved can react with HCO3– CO32– plasma produce CO2, which prompt reaction. Besides, addition HA-Na improve performance increase efficiency desulfurization. It prolonged time improved problem high usage amount practical applications. With addition, efficient increased. decreased seawater. greater SO2, faster by solution shorter for reach saturation.
